Performance e installazione in ricordo dell'Eccidio.
Domani 8 giugno, giornata particolare ed emozionante a Villa Renatico Martini. E' un onore ospitare l'evento realizzato dalla scuola secondaria Walter Iozzelli di Monsummano Terme: Gocce di Memoria.
Gocce di Memoria
E’ il titolo del progetto trasformato in un avvenimento eccezionale di carattere emozionale e socio-culturale realizzato dalla scuola secondaria W.Iozzelli, cha ha lo scopo di mettere in luce tutta la produzione artistica e culturale degli alunni; volta a celebrare e commemorare attraverso l’arte, in tutte le sue forme, l’Eccidio del Padule.
Il Progetto-Evento nasce sotto la direzione artistica e creativa di Barbara Turchi impreziosita dalla collaborazione della prof.ssa Mariangela Coppola, insegnante di Lettere e musicista con il tocco d’arte dell’artista giapponese Makoto.
Il progetto Gocce di Memoria è il frutto di mesi di formazione e di preparazione che vede protagonisti i ragazzi, non solo nell’ allestimento dell’Evento ma anche nelle vesti di attori-danzatori o come creatori stessi dello spettacolo in tutte le sue forme. Un progetto interdisciplinare e sinergico che affronta il tema della MEMORIA.
Le Nebbie del Padule dovevano essere rifugio dalla follia nazifascista e invece il 23 agosto del 1944 divennero lo specchio di una strage di 175 innocenti.
Sono 175 gocce quelle che oggi fanno parte delle acque del Padule, che conserva ancora il sentito emozionale e profondo della memoria impressa nel paesaggio palustre.
Sono gli alunni dell’IC W. Iozzelli a raccontare le loro storie e a sensibilizzare gli altri e a ritrovare le proprie radici familiari. Le vittime del Padule non sono scomparse nella nebbia, sono gocce di memoria che denunciano una realtà , che ancora oggi è specchio di atrocità e di atti di crudeltà su innocenti.
L’evento avrà inizio alle ore 11.00 presso Villa R. Martini con la performance degli attori- alunni e seguirà la mostra- espositiva di tutti gli elaborati e la scultura realizzata per l’evento dall’artista MAKOTO. La struttura resterà aperta al pubblico fino alle 18.00, questo grazie alla collaborazione del Comune di Monsummano che ha offerto, per questo eccezionale evento, una tra le più belle location del territorio... Ricordiamo che il Parco e il museo Mac,n sono accessibili ai visitatori con difficoltà motorie (per accedere al museo: suonando il campanello posizionato al cancello di ingresso, l'operatore accompagnerà l'utente all'accesso dedicato e all'ascensore).

Drops of Memory
This is the title of the project transformed into an exceptional event of an emotional and socio-cultural nature realised by the secondary school W.Iozzelli, whose aim is to highlight all the artistic and cultural production of the pupils; aimed at celebrating and commemorating through art, in all its forms, the Massacre of the Marsh.
The Project-Event was born under the artistic and creative direction of Barbara Turchi enhanced by the collaboration of Prof. Mariangela Coppola, a teacher of Literature and musician with the art touch of Japanese artist Makoto.
The Gocce di Memoria (Drops of Memory) project is the fruit of months of training and preparation that sees the children as protagonists, not only in the staging of the event but also as actors-dancers or as the creators of the show themselves in all its forms. An interdisciplinary and synergetic project addressing the theme of MEMORY.
The Mists of the Marsh were supposed to be a refuge from the Nazi-Fascist madness and instead, on 23 August 1944, they became the mirror to a massacre of 175 innocents.
It is 175 drops that are now part of the waters of the Padule, which still retains the emotional and profound feeling of memory imprinted in the marshy landscape.
It is the pupils of the IC W. Iozzelli to tell their stories and raise awareness of their family roots. The victims of the Padule have not disappeared in the fog, they are drops of memory that denounce a reality that still mirrors atrocities and acts of cruelty on innocents.
The event will begin at 11.00 a.m. at Villa R. Martini with a performance by the actors-pupils and will be followed by an exhibition of all the works and the sculpture created for the event by the artist MAKOTO. The structure will remain open to the public until 6 p.m., thanks to the collaboration of the Municipality of Monsummano, which has offered one of the most beautiful locations in the area for this exceptional event... We would like to remind you that the Park and the Mac,n museum are accessible to visitors with motor difficulties (to access the museum: ring the bell located at the entrance gate, the operator will accompany you to the dedicated access and lift).
